13 Candidates To Run For PK-30 Balakot Bye-poll

The Returning Officer PK-30 Mansehra-1 Monday issued list of validly nominated 13- candidate from different political parties and independent for the bye-election to PK-30 Balakot, Mansehra schedule for February 26.

MANSEHRA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th Jan, 2019 ) :The Returning Officer PK-30 Mansehra-1 Monday issued list of validly nominated 13- candidate from different political parties and independent for the bye-election to PK-30 Balakot, Mansehra schedule for February 26.

The Names of the candidates include: PTI's Ahmed Hussain Shah, PMLN's Syed Mazher Ali Qasim s/o former Federal minister Qasim Ali Shah, Muhammad Javed, Muhammad Mushtaq, Tabarik Ahmed, Muhammad Safdar, Syed Sohaib Ali Shah, Attaullah, Abdul Aziz Choudhry, Amjad Hussain Shah, Amir Shahzad, Liaquat and M Ashraf.

The seat was fallen vacant after the disqualification of Ziaur Rehman of PMLN in fake degree cases by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

According to Election Commission the candidates might submit their appeals against the Returning Officers decision on January 11 while the decision on the appeals would be issued on January 15. On January 17 candidates could withdraw their nomination papers and on the same day final list of the candidates would also be displayed and on January 18 ECP would allot the election symbols to the candidates.

On February 26, KP-30 bye-polls wouldbe held from 8 am to 5 pm.
