16th Meeting Of GCUF Academic Council Held

The 16th meeting of academic council of Government College University Faisalabad was held in STS Hall new campus

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Aug, 2017 ) - The 16th meeting of academic council of Government College University Faisalabad was held in STS Hall new campus here Thursday. Vice-chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Ali presided over the meeting which was attended by Deans, Heads of all departments, Professors, Principals of affiliated colleges, controller examination and other members.

Chairman Academic Council apprised the house about development programmes, expected ranking of the university, HEC research projects which are on top all universities with 56 research projects etc.

The meeting approved syllabus of various educational programmes and also allowed launching new disciplines in the varsity. The meeting also granted approval for semester system laws, combine examination of BA/BSc, MA/MSc part I and II, admission policy for the year 2017-18, affiliation policy of colleges 2017-18 and other matters.
