25 Arrested For Registering Fake, False FIRs: Sindh Police

As many as 25 accused were arrested by Sindh Police for registering fake or false First Information Reports (FIRs) at different police stations and 20 FIRs against the arrested accused were registered following the directives of courts
Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh Dr.
Syed Kaleem Imam was informed in a report presented by Additional Inspector General of Police (AIGP) Operations that 725 cases of registration of fake or false FIRs were sent to the concerned courts, said a statement of Sindh Police on Monday.
According to the report, Sukkur Police forwarded 276 cases, Shaheed Benazirabad 253 and Karachi East Zone police sent 119 such cases while remaining 77 cases were from different police stations.
