65th Birth Anniversary Of Benazir Bhutto Celebrated

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jun, 2018 ) ::The 65th birth anniversary of former prime minister Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto was celebrated, here on Thursday.

A ceremony in this connection was held at the PPP Secretariat, Iqbal Colony.

Addressing the participants, former state minister and candidate from NA-90 Tasneem Ahmad Qureshi, Hajji Mateen Qureshi (PP-77) and Safdar Sahi (PP-78) said that history of PPP's leaders was full of sacrifices, adding that Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto struggled against dictators for the restoration of democracy and sacrificed her life for achieving the basic rights of people belonging to middle and lower classes.

They said the PPP would get majority of seats and form governments not only in centre but also in provinces.

On this occasion, the party leaders cut cake of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto's birth anniversary, whereas workers expressed full confidence over the leadership of PPP Chairman Bilawal BhuttoZardari and Asif Ali Zardari.
