Andleeb Abbas says no party is bigger than the cause and the cause is to provide relief to the common man who is suffering from high-inflation and other challenges at this time.
LAHORE: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-Oct 24th, 2023) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) three prominent women leaders Andleeb Abbas, Sadia Sohail and Sumaira Bukhari joined Istehkam-e-Pakistan (IPP).
The three women leaders made the announcement in a press conference. IPP senior leader Firdous Ashiq Awan was also present there on the occasion.
Before the announcement, the women leaders called on IPP Chief Jahangir Khan Tareen and expressed their trust in his leadership.
“We thank you all,” said Andleeb Abbas, pointing out that they had to look forward because they had to see the cause.
A party, she said, is not big than a cause.
Andleeb was of the view that the poor people were suffering from different challenges.
“A common man is worried about one-time meal and is worried about their basic needs,” she added. She also added that the economic and social situations were disturbing right now as over 100 million people were affected by inflation and other challenges.
