Anti-Terrorism Court Grants More Time To Interior Ministry To Submit Reply In Mumbai Attack Case

The Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control Wednesday sought more time from Anti-Terrorism Court to submit its reply regarding the Indian witnesses in Mumbai attacks case.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jul, 2018 ) :The Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control Wednesday sought more time from Anti-Terrorism Court to submit its reply regarding the Indian witnesses in Mumbai attacks case.
The court directed the ministry to submit written reply in this matter on next hearing and clear the situation that how much time required to present Indian witnesses.
Meanwhile, the six accused in this case including Hammad Amin, Abdul Wajid, Mazhar Iqbal, Shahid Jameel, Sufian Zafar and Muhammad Younis filed their bail petitions with the court.
However, the court adjourned hearing of the case till July 18.
It may be mentioned here that the court had recorded the statements of Pakistani witnesses and theproceeding was now being delayed due to the absence of Indian witnesses.
