Autumn Flower Show In Full Swing

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Dec, 2016 ) : The five-day autumn flower exhibition, which began here on Dec 11, was in full swing, Director General Parks and Horticultural Agency Abid Malik said Wednesday.
He said around 300 species of 'Gul-e-Dawoodi' of 600 species available in Pakistan had been displayed in the exhibition being held at Nawaz Sharif Park, which had been visited by over 100,000 people.
He said models of Army Public school Peshawar and a model for pollution free environment had also been put on display. He said Rawalpindi and Chaklala Cantonment boards, Jinnah Park, Attock Refinery, Arid University and Allama Iqbal University were also participating in the show, while prizes would be distributed among the winners on Thursday.
