DG Rangers Calls On Sindh Governor

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2019 ) :Sindh Governor Imran Ismail Thursday said that the role and sacrifices of Pakistan Army, Pakistan Rangers, Police and other law enforcement agencies in restoration of peace were commendable.

In a meeting with Pakistan Rangers Sindh Director General (DG) Major General Umar Ahmed Bukhari, who called on him at the Governor House, the Governor said that the maintenance of law and order across the province was among the top priorities of the government, according to a statement.

The meeting reiterated upon elimination of crime and maintenance of peace particularly in the city.

The security arrangements for Ramadan and overall law and order situation were also discussed in detail during the meeting.
