Election Commission Of Pakistan (ECP) Approves Officers' Transfer, Posting In Punjab

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Wednesday accorded approval to transfer and posting of various high ranking officials in the Punjab province.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jun, 2018 ) :The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Wednesday accorded approval to transfer and posting of various high ranking officials in the Punjab province.
According to an ECP official, approval was given for surrendering the services of 18 police officers and repatriation of 28 officers by the Punjab government to the Federal government.
The Commission also approved transfer of 64 police officers within Punjab and that of 34 provincial secretaries and managing directors (MDs). As many as 35 deputy commissioners, MDs and director generals, and 77 superintendents of police (SSPs), assistant inspectors general (AIGs), superintendents of police (SPs) and additional SPs were approved for transfer.
Among surrendered officers from Punjab Police to the federal government included Commandant Punjab Constabulary Hussain Asghar, Capital City Police Officer, Lahore Captain (R) Muhammad Amin, Additional Inspector General (AIG) of Police, Special Branch, Punjab Faisal Shahkar, AIG of Police, Operation City Police Officer (CPO), Punjab Amir Zulifqar Khan, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police, Welfare, CPO, Punjab Muhammad Ishaq Jahangir, Regional Police Officer (RPO), Rawalpindi Muhammad Wisal Fakhar Sultan, RPO, Gujranwala Riffat Mukhtar, Posting awaiting in S&GAD in govt of Punjab Waqar Abbasi, RPO, Sargodha Akhtar Abbas, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Rawalpindi Israr Ahmad Khan, Additional Director, South, SPU, Punjab, Lahore Kamran Yousaf Malik, SSP/Deputy Director, Headquarters,SPU, Punjab Syed Ali Mohsin, District Police Officer (DPO) Gujrat Jehanzeb Nazir, SSP, Admin, Lahore Ayyaz Saleem, Chief Traffic Officer, Lahore Rai Ijaz Ahmed, DPO, Sheikhupura Sarfraz Khan Virk, Additional Superintendent Police, Mobiles, Lahore and Zeeshan Raza.
