Four Dead As Truck Overturned On Sundar Road

At least four persons were killed and 21 others sustained injuries when a truck loaded with milk containers overturned in Sundar Road police jurisdiction in Lahore on early hours of Tuesday.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Nov, 2018 ) :At least four persons were killed and 21 others sustained injuries when a truck loaded with milk containers overturned in Sundar Road police jurisdiction in Lahore on early hours of Tuesday.

According to Rescue sources, the incident took place at Sundar Road, when a loaded truck skidded due to excessive speed and turned on to the road. As a result, four people died and twenty one other sustained serious injuries.

Soon after the incident, concerned officials reached the spot of the accident and initiated rescue operation.

The dead and injured were shifted to nearby hospital, private news channel reported.
