IGP KP Orders Transfer, Posting Of Senior Officers

The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mohammad Tahir has ordered transfers and postings of senior police officers of the province with immediate effect.
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th Aug, 2018 ) :The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mohammad Tahir has ordered transfers and postings of senior police officers of the province with immediate effect.
According to a notification issued from Central Police Office (CPO) here Tuesday, the Additional IGP Investigation KP, Dr. Ishtiaq Ahmad Marwat has been transferred and posted as Additional IGP Headquarters while Regional Police Officer (RPO) Mardan, Akhtar Hayat Khan has been posted as DIG Traffic while DIG Telecommunication, Mohammad Ali Khan has been posted as RPO Mardan while DIG Traffic, Syed Fida Hussain Shah has been transferred and given dual charge of DIG Telecommunication and DIG Training.
Similarly, DIG Investigation (Crime) Abdul Ghafoor Afridi has been given the additional charge of DIG Operations Khyber Pakhtunkhwa while Director General (DG) Projects Coordination Unit, Mohammad Saleem has also been transferred and posted as DIG Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He will also hold the additional charge of the DG Projects Coordination Unit.
Furthermore, the Director, Forensic Science Lab (FSL), Peshawar Zaibullah Khan has been transferred and posted as IG Training while IG Inquiry and Inspection, Rab Nawaz has been posted as Director FSL.
It has worth to mention here that in case of the departure of the new DIG Traffic for course, theCommandant FRP will assume the additional charge of the DIG Traffic.
