IYDS Provides Fresh Ideas Of Diplomacy, Leadership, Decision Making
Skills To Cope With Challenging Environment

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -22nd Augst,2016) : International Young Diplomats School (IYDS) would provide opportunities for innovative skills and fresh ideas of diplomacy, leadership and decision making skills to cope with the challenging environment.
This was stated by the Farhat Asif, President of Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies (IPDS) in the inaugural ceremony of IYDS here on Monday, said a press release. She said that International Young Diplomats School is first time ever happening in Pakistan where university students and faculty members, graduates, young professionals, researchers, embassy staff and Diplomats for getting exposed to innovative skills. She said that based on the summer school model, IYDS is providing opportunities to the young ones to interact directly with Ambassadors, Diplomats, Policy makers and shapers in order to grasp understanding of the world.
Ambassador Fauzia Nasreen in her opening remarks said that International Young Diplomats School will be a three days event having several sessions on the subject o Diplomacy, Leadership and decision making.
The participants of the school will get a chance to visit different diplomatic missions to have briefing sessions. The participants are coming from different parts of Pakistan with diverse backgrounds from across Pakistan. Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies and Centre for Policy Studies (COMSATS) and Institute of Information Technology has jointly established International Young Diplomat School which was inaugurated by Neil Bhune, UN Resident Coordinator.
