KP Public Service Commission Act published

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission (Amendment) Bill 2017 was being published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 07th Nov, 2017 ) :Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission (Amendment) Bill 2017 was being published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature. The bill was passed by KP Assembly and assented to by KP governor, said a notification issued by Assembly Secretariat here on Tuesday.

Meanwhile amendments proposed by KP government in exercise of powers conferred by section 43 of West Pakistan Motor Vehicles Ordinance are published as required by section 119 of said ordinance, said an official statement issued by KP Transport and Mass Transit Department.
