Lahore Development Authority Staff's Performance To Be Reviewed Every Week

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Amna Imran Khan has directed to hold weekly meetings for reviewing performance of LDA staff in order to identify the hurdles in disposal of applications submitted by people and resolving their issues at the earliest.

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Oct, 2018 ) :Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Amna Imran Khan has directed to hold weekly meetings for reviewing performance of LDA staff in order to identify the hurdles in disposal of applications submitted by people and resolving their issues at the earliest.

Meanwhile, Additional Director Ggeneral (HQ) LDA Abdul Shakoor Rana has urged all the directors for taking immediate action on applications submitted by the people for providing them genuine relief. He asked them for providing parawise comments about the cases pending in various courts without delay besides taking measures for implementing court decrees.

He directed that all the estate officers should regularly visit their respective housing schemes in order to safeguard the LDA properties, especially the vacant plots, from being encroached or grabbed by illegal occupants.

He asked the officers of the Town Planning Wing of LDA for adopting stern action for checking illegal constructions in their areas of jurisdiction.

The meeting was attended by all the directors estate management, land development, town planning, commercializationand recovery besides other officers concerned.
