Masses Problems Concerning Gas Sector To Be Resolved: KP Speaker

Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser on Friday said that masses' issues concerning gas sector would be resolved soon.
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Mar, 2018 ) :Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser on Friday said that masses' issues concerning gas sector would be resolved soon. The speaker called on Managing Director Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) and discussed various problems of masses regarding gas sector in the province.
The meeting decided to grant 1, 2 and 6-inch diameter pipes next week for supply of gas to various localities of the province, besides approving up-gradation of Zaida Sale Meter Station. The speaker was told that complaint offices would be set up at Tehsil Topi and Chota Lahore to resolve issues of people of Swabi.
The meeting also took up progress on 8-inch diameter pipeline project from Zaida to Takot and laying of 6-inch diameter pipeline to Tordhar, Manki, Jilabi, Julasai, Halmat, Batkara and Minanai localties.
The SNGPL officials assured the KP assembly speaker that gas supply line to all areas of NA- 13 Swabi would be completed by May this year, adding the project would greatly facilitate masses of those localities.
