Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz To Return Pakistan In One Week

The father-daughter duo will actively lead the election campaign after coming back from London

London (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 1st July, 2018) Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) supremo Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz have decided to return Pakistan in one week.

According to sources, the decision to return Pakistan has been made after consultation with party’s senior leadership.

Both the father-daughter duo will actively lead the election campaign then. Sources said that Nawaz Sharif has directed to make arrangements for carrying out election campaigns in various cities.

Sources further said that Maryam Nawaz can come to Pakistan before Nawaz Sharif.

On the other hand, Nawaz Sharif will hold a detailed meeting with the doctors regarding Kulsoom Nawaz’s health today.

Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz left for London from Lahore airport on June 14. They spent Eid-ul-Fitr with Nawaz's ailing wife, Begum Kulsoom Nawaz.

Meanwhile, the Accountability Court (AC) Monday exempted former prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz for three more days from attending the proceedings of references as they had to extend their stay in London due to illness of Begum Kulsoom Nawaz.
