Peshawar High Court Abbottabad Bench Orders To Regularize The Services Of 17 Female Teachers

Peshawar High Court (PHC) Abbottabad bench on Thursday ordered to the education department to regularize the services of 17 female teachers of Manshera district.

ABBOTTABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Dec, 2018 ) :Peshawar High Court (PHC) Abbottabad bench on Thursday ordered to the education department to regularize the services of 17 female teachers of Manshera district.

All seventeen teachers from Manshera city, Balakot, Dhodial, Balakot, Oghi and other areas of district Manshera had filed a petition against the non-regularization of their services against education department after performing more than 12 years of duty.

The applicant has filed a petition three years back at PHC Abbottabad bench, after hearing the arguments of both sides the PHC bench while giving the verdict has ordered to the education department to immediately regularize the services of female teachers.
