Peshawar High Court Approached For Stay Order Against NAB Arrests In Territorial Limits Of KP

Peshawar High Court (PHC) has been approved to seek stay order against NAB arrests in the territorial limits of KP province
Peshawar (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th April, 2019) Peshawar High Court (PHC) has been approved to seek stay order against NAB arrests in the territorial limits of KP province.The court has been requested to suspend Chairman NAB powers forth with to arrest the accused for inquiry and investigation.The petitioner Shahid Orakzai said that NAB apparently shows no concern with over 200 chartered flights in connection with hearing of one reference nor any financial burden of the expenses incurred by the government for special security arrangements of an accused in Islamabad is shifted to NAB.Former Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto faced a murder case in Lahore but he did not reach in the court by a special plane.
The court was told about royal tempered accused from Punjab that there is no threat of security to him apparently and only once he was attacked in a religious ceremony at Lahore after 9/11 incident.
No lethal weapon was used therein.The petitioner said writ petition has been filed for the citizen who died handcuffed. Petition has not been filed for any professor or vice chancellor whose social status was accepted by Supreme Court.
Because petition has been filed for the sake equality of social status.The petitioner while drawing the attention to the death of Brig Asad Munir prayed the court to issue orders to all accountability courts to stop the process of handing over the accused to NAB on remand.
