ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th May, 2019 ) :Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Faisal Javed Sunday said the leadership of both Pakistan People's Party and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz had ruthlessly looted the national wealth and purchased properties abroad.
Both the political parties were pursuing same kind of politics for coming into power as they wanted to again commit massive corruption and money laundering like they did in previous tenures, he said talking to ptv.
He said the two political parties opposed each other in the last general election only to deceive people. The Iftaar dinner hosted by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto for the PML-N leaders, including Maryam Nawaz, showed the soft corner the former had for the latter.
Earlier, both the parties had also jointly contested bye-election against PTI in Multan constituency, he added.
Faisal Javed said the PPP and PML-N had badly damaged the country's economy due to massive corruption, loans and redundant policies as the country was confronting financial crunch.
The senator said people had voted Prime Minister Imran Khan to power in order to eliminate the menace of corruption and recover looted wealth from the corrupt elements to stable the national economy. "We are determined to boost the economy through long term prudent policies."
