President Dr Arif Alvi on Friday visited the residence of Captain Junaid Shaheed in Murree and offered Fateha for the departed soul.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Sep, 2018 ) :President Dr Arif Alvi on Friday visited the residence of Captain Junaid Shaheed in Murree and offered Fateha for the departed soul.
Captain Junaid embraced martyrdom in a clash with terrorists in North Waziristan on Saturday.
The president while talking to the family of Captain Junaid Shaheed said that sacrifices of martyrs would always be remembered. He said the government was committed to fight terrorism and would not hesitate from rendering any sacrifice.
Dr Arif Alvi said the entire nation was standing with the armed forces and law enforcement agencies in the war against terrorism.
The President also laid a wreath at grave of the Shaheed.
