Rawalpindi Cantt Police Register 135 Power Theft Cases In 2018

Rawalpindi Cantt Police registered 135 FIRs against power thieves during 2018 while 96 cases of power theft were lodged during November and December this year.
According to a police spokesman, the department concerned submitted total 135 applications in different police stations of cantt areas for registration of cases and the police took action in accordance with the law against all the accused.
He further informed that Rawalpindi district police in their ongoing operation against lawbreakers conducted raids and arrested 13 lawbreakers including seven Proclaimed Offenders (POs) and three Court Absconders (CAs) besides recovering two 30 bore pistols and eight rounds.
