SC Changes Panama Leaks Case Date To November 1

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Oct, 2016 ) : The Supreme Court on Friday changed the date of Panama leaks issue case date to November 1 and issued notices to all respondents in this regard.

According to a notification issued here by the Supreme Court, the court revised the date of hearing of the case to November 1 as earlier on Thursday the hearing was adjourned till November 8.

According to the notification, all the petitioners and respondents including Tariq Asad, Asad Kharal, Sheikh Rasheed, Chairman NAB, DG FIA, Election Commission, Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Ministry of Law and Justice, FBR, Maryium Nawaz, Hussain Nawaz, Hassan Nawaz, Capt.

(retd) Safdar, Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Secretary Establishment and Secretary Cabinet Division were told that the court would hear the case on November 1.
