Winter Delights Demand Increase In Twin Cities

ISLAMABAD, Jan 4 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 04th Jan, 2017 ) :Winter delights,specially fried food items, demand increased after today's rain in twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Citizens of Islamabad and Rawalpindi started enjoying the traditional local winter items like chicken corn soup, Kashmiri tea, fried fish, samosa, pakora, vegetable rolls, hot coffee and other items.
Several markets of the twin cities including Aabpara market, Sitara market, Super, Jinnah Super, Karachi Company, Saddar market, committee chowk, Raja bazaar, commercial market and other places witness manifold increase in stalls of winter delights and the shopkeepers were doing a good business due to high demand and increased sale of their products.
A shopkeeper at G-9 Markaz said, "Gajar ka Halwa is considered to be one of the favourite food items in the winter adding that Chicken Corn Soup is widely liked soup for the customers especially during rain. APP/zk/bmq
