RIO DE JANEIRO,(APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Augst,2016) - Michael Phelps bagged the 21st gold medal of his incredible Olympic career on Tuesday, anchoring the United States to victory in the 4x200m freestyle relay.
