Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Express Grief Over Passing Away Of Athlete

Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF), President Brig. (R) Khalid Sajjad Khokhar and Secretary Shahbaz Ahmad Wednesday expressed grief over the passing away of veteran athlete Mohammad Fazil.

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd May, 2018 ) :Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF), President Brig. (R) Khalid Sajjad Khokhar and Secretary Shahbaz Ahmad Wednesday expressed grief over the passing away of veteran athlete Mohammad Fazil.

Late Fazil, who was 92 at the time of his death, participated at the 1952 Olympics, said a press release issued here. He was a member of Pakistan's 4 x 100 metre relay team which reached the semi-finals. PHF President and Secretary prayed to God to bless the departed soul with eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear the loss.
