Unseeded Rayan Khan upset eighth seeded Mustansir Ali Khan in the National Junior Tennis Championships -2023 kicked off here at the PTF-SDA Tennis Complex on Tuesday
ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Oct, 2023) Unseeded Rayan Khan upset eighth seeded Mustansir Ali Khan in the National Junior Tennis Championships -2023 kicked off here at the PTF-SDA Tennis Complex on Tuesday.
In the boys 18 & Under Singles match unseeded Rayan Khan upset 8 Seeded Mustansir Ali Khan in a straight sets by 6-2, 7-5.
Large number of junior boys and girls were participating in the championships from all over the country. Saeed Ahmed Khan senior vice president PTF was the chief guest at the opening ceremony. Tournament Coordinator were also present on the occasion.
President PTF Salim Saifullah Khan, conveyed his best wishes to all participants and advised them to continue working with zeal and passion to be a source of pride for Pakistan.
In Boys 18 & Under Singles: Abdullah khan beat Abdullah Pirzada 6-3,6-1; Saifullah Khan beat Sameer Kiyani 6-3,6-4; Amir Mazari beat Muhammad Yahya 6-0,6-3; Ali Zain beat Muhammad haider 6-2,6-4; Inam Qadir beat Nabeel Ali Qayum 4-6,7-6(2),7-5; Rayan Khan beat Mustansir Ali Khan 6-2,7-5; Fawaz Ganjeera beat Bazil Rizwan 6-3,6-1; Soohan Noor beat Hamza Khan 6-0,6-2.
In Boys 14 & Under Singles: Saqib Ali beat Saifullah Azhar 5-4(3), 2-4,4-1;Razik Sultan beat Sameer Masood 4-1,4-0; Orhan Sohail beat Bazil Rizwan 4-0,4-1; M. Junaid Khan beat Aliyyan Aizaz 4-1,4-0; Ammar Masood beat Ahmed Ayan ul Haq 4-1,4-0; Muhammad Yahya beat Raja Muhammad Taha 4-0,4-1.
In Boys 12 & Under Singles: Zain Roman beat Ehsan Bari 4-0,4-0.
