"Tonight, RSC Energia sent Progress MS-12 cargo spacecraft to Baikonur by rail. It is expected to arrive [in Kazakhstan] on Tuesday, December 18. Upon the arrival, the spacecraft will be mothballed," the source said.

According to the source, the launch of Progress MS-12 is slated for July 31.
