Brussels, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Apr, 2019 ) :The European Commission on Friday condemned riots in Northern Ireland that saw the killing of a journalist in what police are treating as a terrorist incident.

"We have seen the media reports of the terrible incident that took place yesterday in Northern Ireland that resulted in the death of a journalist.

We condemn such violence, and we are confident that the UK authorities will ascertain the exact circumstances of this tragic event," a spokesman for the European Commission said.
