Police To Question Korean Air Chairman For Using Company Money For Home Security

Police said Tuesday they have summoned Korean Air Chairman Cho Yang-ho to appear for questioning over allegations that he used company money to pay for security services at his home.
SEOUL, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Sep, 2018 ) :Police said Tuesday they have summoned Korean Air Chairman Cho Yang-ho to appear for questioning over allegations that he used company money to pay for security services at his home.
Cho has been asked to appear at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency at 2 p.m. on Wednesday.
He's facing breach of trust charges that he had a subsidiary of the Hanjin Group make a contract with a security firm and have security guards work at his home.
It is the latest in a series of irregularities and wrongdoing involving the Cho family.
The family has been in trouble following revelations earlier this year that his wife and twodaughters used physical and verbal violence against company staff and other people under theirinfluence. His wife and the daughters have also undergone prosecution investigations.
