Russia To Continue Humanitarian Assistance To All Of Yemen - Deputy Envoy To UN

WASHINGTON (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 22nd September, 2018) Russia is committed to providing humanitarian aid to Yemenis in the entire country, Russia's Deputy Envoy to United Nations Vladimir Safronkov said on Friday.
"Russia will continue humanitarian assistance to the people of Yemen both in the north and in the south," Safronkov said during a UN Security Council meeting.
Safronkov emphasized Russia's view that the conflict could only be addressed "exclusively at the political level."
He added that Moscow calls on all parties to show restraint and avoid the use of force.
