MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 23rd January, 2019) There will be an escalation in the sanctions regime in relation to Russia because Moscow is a partner which has its own unyielding stand, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Pankin said Wednesday.
"There will definitely be an escalation, because we are an inconvenient partner and we are obstinate for [the West] and do not give any hope that their recipe will work," the diplomat said at a Valdai discussion.
