Venezuelan Deputy Foreign Minister Yvan Gil said that the country's president, Nicolas Maduro, was constantly on the phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin
"We would like to emphasize that our president, Mr.
Nicolas Maduro, and Russian President Vladimir Putin are constantly in contact on the phone, they know what is happening," Gil said at a meeting with head of the Russian Federation Council's international committee Konstantin Kosachev.
