'PHA Sargodha Making Efforts To Enhance Beautification Of City Areas'

Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) was striving hard to enhance beautification of city areas so that a clean and green atmosphere would be available to citizens.

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Dec, 2018 ) :Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) was striving hard to enhance beautification of city areas so that a clean and green atmosphere would be available to citizens.

Talking to the media here on Tuesday, Director General Javaid Naseem said that all resources were being utilized for the provision of recreational facilities to people.

He said the PHA had been organizing a cultural event at Rehmat Ul Almin park here, where traditional and cultural events were being organized and participation of large number of people was seen of its efforts.

The Authority was highlighting the country's culture and traditions in the event while culture of all four provinces was also being displayed in the Lok Virsa Mela.

He said the public had set up different stalls and masses were taking keen interest on these initiatives, adding that such events would be organized in future.

The PHA has also constructed various intersections across the city areas while greenbelts were also being maintained on daily basis.

The efforts of Clean and Green Punjab were in full swing and large numbers of saplings were also beingprepared in the nurseries for next season.
