Following were the movements of ships and cargo handling at the Karachi Port Trust (KPT) during the last 24 hours, ending at 0700 hours on Friday.

SHIPS ARRIVED: Max Schulte Cont FPMC P Glory Tanker SHIPS SAILED: Jumaira Hamburg Bay Jabal Ali 1 Parandowski Hansa Offenburg MSC Ishyka Royal Hope CARGO HANDLING TURNOVER: The total cargo handled at Karachi Port during the last 24 hours closed at 137,301 tonnes.

The breakup shows that the port has handled 41,712 tonnes of export cargo and 95,589 metric tonnes of import cargo during the said period. Commodity wise handling in metric tonnes is given below.
