PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Nov, 2017 ) :PTI Senator, Nauman Wazir has called for serious concentration of all sectors of economy particularly trade and industry to achievement the goal of national development.
He was addressing the participants of the 22nd Senior Management Course (SMC) here at National Institute of Management (NIM) on Friday.
Senator Nauman Wazir said that during the year 2016-17, the GDP of Pakistan remained 5.3% while for achievement of actual development, the country is required a growth of 10%.
He said that for industrial development, the country will have to provide cheap electricity to industries. In the present era, he termed the use of information technology (IT) inevitable. Senator Nauman Wazir said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has rich gas reserves and their better utilization, we will not be required for the import of any kind of gas.
