KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Nov, 2017 ) :The Travel Mart Expo is being organized here promote inbound, outbound and domestic travel in Pakistan. Organizers said on Saturday that it provided a platform for the entire travel industry and travel buyers to connect, collaborate and explore business opportunities.
On the occasion, Faisal Rafique, Chief Commercial Officer, Shaheen Air International (SAI) unveiled the 25 years celebration logo of the airline at Pakistan Travel Mart (PTM) on Saturday. The airline also announced the launch of Shine Miles-Loyalty Card along with its revamped website and web application to enable its flyers for a smoother experience.
It was pointed out that the PTM is an initiative of Landmark Communications in collaboration with Shaheen Air. The idea behind the expo is to promote inbound, outbound and domestic travel in Pakistan.
PTM is a platform for the entire travel industry and travel buyers to connect, collaborate and explore business opportunities. The event is a curtain raiser for SAI, as 2018 marks the 25 years Silver Jubilee for the airline.
Speaking at the SAI Stall setup at PTM, Faisal Rafique, Chief Commercial Officer, SAI said `Pakistan Travel Mart is an exciting initiative and we decided to support it as we feel that it is our responsibility to promote the local aviation industry; a role we are willingly playing as Pakistan's largest private carrier.
I believe this expo will definitely help us in improving our industry's image on a global level, while also galvanizing Pakistan's tourism industry'.
