Ambassador Interact With Pakistani Students In South China Agriculture University

Pakistan Ambassador to China, Masood Khalid has congratulated the President of South China University of Agriculture on the establishment of Joint Agriculture Research Center with University of Sargodha.

BEIJING, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Mar, 2018 ) :Pakistan Ambassador to China, Masood Khalid has congratulated the President of South China University of Agriculture on the establishment of Joint Agriculture Research Center with University of Sargodha.

The Ambassador, who recently visited Guangzhou city of Guangdong province China, also exchanged views with Pakistani students enrolled in various programs. He noted that the educational exchanges through the exchange of faculty and students will play an important role in the future.

To this end, he invited both the South China University of Technology and South China University of Agriculture to join China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Consortium of China-Pakistan Universities.

During the visit, Ambassador Masood Khalid held meetings with Ouyang Weimin, Vice Governor of Guangdong province and the leadership of the South China University of Technology as well as the South China University of Agriculture.

During the meeting with the Vice Governor, the Ambassador highlighted the bilateral relations and invited him to lead a business delegation to Pakistan. Both sides agreed to make efforts to enhance trade, tourism, and people to people exchanges The Ambassador also visited Huangpu Wenchong Shipyard of China State Shipbuilding Corporation in Guangzhou.
