Pakistan Agricultural Research Council Join Hands With Hazara University To Pursue Scientific Programme

Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) and Hazara University, Mansehra on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding to pursue a programme of scientific, technical and academic collaboration for the agriculture development of the country
The agreement was aiming at to exchange of ideas, skills and techniques to address the issues and challenges which were faced by the national agriculture sector, a press release said.
A delegation from Hazara University, Mansehra headed by Dr Muhammad Idrees Khan, Vice Chancellor, visited PARC and signed the agreement in an ceremony held at PARC.
Both the organization were agreed for undertaking a programme of scientific, technical and academic collaboration for the exchange of ideas, skills and will exchange training of faculty, students supervision, technical personnel and material with mutual consent for research and academic development.
They were agreed for coordinated scientific research and technological development programmes in selected areas, holding of joint conferences, seminars, symposia and workshops at national and international level.
The PARC would facilitate the internees of Hazara University where as the university will also facilitate PARC scientists in research activities in Mansehra.
Dr Muhammad Idrees Khan, Vice Chancellor, Hazara University, Mansehra appreciated PARC efforts in agriculture sector development and also thanked PARC for signing the agreement to promote the scientific research.
