Eating orange vital to maintain level of Vitamin C in winter

The health expert of Holy Family Hospital Dr Fiaz Nabi said daily eating such fruits and vegetables which having more Vitamin-C was very necessary to maintain the level of the vitamin-C in the body.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Nov, 2018 ) :The health expert of Holy Family Hospital Dr Fiaz Nabi said daily eating such fruits and vegetables which having more Vitamin-C was very necessary to maintain the level of the vitamin-C in the body.

Talking to APP, he said human body can not produce and store Vitamin C, therefore, It was very essential to consume it daily to maintain its level in the body for healthy life.

He said the sufficient amount of vitamin C in the body is helping to reduce the chronic diseases.

Daily use of Vitamin C is very effective in high blood pressure, heart cure, beside improving immunity of the human body, he said.

In winter season use of orange fruit is the best to maintain the level of Vitamin C in the body, he added.

He said eating a balance diet that containing multi-vitamins, particularly Vitamins C was very important for human health.
