District government teams have launched special Anti-dengue campaign at plant nurseries situated in the city as preventive step for public health
MULTAN,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 09th Nov, 2017 ) -:District government teams have launched special Anti-dengue campaign at plant nurseries situated in the city as preventive step for public health.
The teams under the directions of Deputy Commissioner Nadir Chatha, visited various nurseries,checked the sites and directed the owners to keep the place dry to avert from dengue.
The nurseries are potential breeding sites therefore comprehensive vector surveillance, larviciding and Indoor residual spraying (IRS) has been carried-out alongwith mechanical removal of water,it was learnt.
