ISLAMABAD (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / NNI - 21st February, 2019) Islamabad Saddar Zone police have arrested 10 outlaws during the last week involved in car lifting as well as other theft incidents are recovered two vehicles, gold ornaments, cash and other valuables from them.
Following the directions of DIG (Operations) Waqar Uddin Syed, all officials of Islamabad police have accelerated their efforts to curb activities of anti-social elements.Taking special measures, SP Saddar Zone Malik Naeem Iqbal constituted police teams under supervision of Station House Officers of police stations in Saddar zone.A team of Shalimar police station arrested six accused namely Zeeshan, Yasir, Asad Ali, Abdul Latif, Tariq and Intizar Hussain involved in theft case and recovered stolen property amounting to Rs.
8,50,000 from them.
Tarnol police team arrested Shaukat Khan and recovered stolen valuable worth Rs. 2.5 million from him. Golar police arrested three accused identified as Aamir, Farooq, Sikander Khan and recovered stolen property amounting Rs.
200,000 from their possession.Meanwhile, Ramana and Karachi Company police station recovered two stolen vehicles worth Rs. 4.6 million.Cases have been registered against all nabbed persons and further investigation is underway from them.
DIG (Operations) Waqar Uddin Syed has appreciated this performance and directed all police officials for high vigilance and monitoring against those involved in anti-social activities.He also announced cash prizes and commendation certificates for policemen who arrested and recovered valuables from these outlaws.
