Barren Land In Thar To Be Irrigated With Subsoil Water

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Nov, 2016 ) : Three projects including two wells and an agro-farm in various villages in district Tharparkar were inaugurated by the Dua Foundaton, said a statement Thursday.
The foundation has irrigated around 150 acres of land with Agro Farms Project in Tharparkar, it further stated.
It may be noted here that a total of 10 projects of agro-farm have so far been completed in Tharparkar by Dua Foundation.
The Foundation has already helped locals last year to cultivate over 150 acres of land. A six-member team of the Foundation also visited Nagarparkar Tehsil on Wednesday to reivew the ongoing projects and inaugurated an agro farm project in Pooran Wah - Tharparkar.
