Business community expresses solidarity with govt and armed forces against any external threat

The entire business community on Tuesday expressing solidarity with the government and Pakistan armed forces said it stands united along with nation against any foreign aggression and external threat.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Sep, 2018 ) :The entire business community on Tuesday expressing solidarity with the government and Pakistan armed forces said it stands united along with nation against any foreign aggression and external threat.

In a statement Pakistan Furniture Council (PFC) Chief Executive Mian Kashif Ashfaq said the entire business community fully supported the valiant armed forces to thwart any aggression and safeguard the geographical boundaries of the motherland," says a press release issued here today.

"We are proud of our armed forces and will continue to extend cooperation to all extent," he said.

He said Pakistan is a great country which was secured through lot of supreme sacrifices of the lives under the dynamic leadership of father of the nation � Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.He said that Pakistan Army attains the high distinction as Number one army of the world. He said that the supreme sacrifices of the valiant armed forces of Pakistan would not be allowed to go in vein.

Mian Kashif underlined that the brave Pakistan army vanished the terrorists and the menace of terrorism from nook and corner of the country including from FATA and Baluchistan.

He asserted that peace cannot be established in South Asia without resolving the Kashmir issue.

"Pakistan's stance of resolving the issue of Kashmir through dialogue with India and said Pakistan has gone the extra mile to achieve this," he added. He urged that people of India and Pakistan should join hands to fight against poverty, black money, corruption and the menace of fake Currency.

PFC chief said Economic connectivity would undoubtedly help in reducing animosity among neighbouring states, which Pakistan is actively encouraging their neighbours to invest in CPEC projects. "Such investment will only help in enriching the significance of the project, helping with economic prosperity and in alleviating poverty," he added.

He said many of the internal conflicts in South Asia have cross-border dimensions. Going forward, regional cooperation initiatives, which have so far been underused, are likely to be important in countering terrorism.

The contemporary times call for cooperation and reaping the benefits that come from economic connectivity and integration." South Asia's real competition should not be augmenting rivalries between its states, but against the mutual concern of growing poverty," he concluded.
