China Mobile To Continue Investing In Expanding Network Coverage:

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th May, 2017 ) : Chairman of zong, Liu Dianfeng Wednesday said his company would continue to invest in expanding 4g coverage and connecting Pakistan with rest of the world.

Extending felicitations to telecom partners globally on occasion of World Telecommunication and Information Society Day-2017 which was celebrated Wednesday, Liu Dianfeng, who is also Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, said for China mobile Pakistan would continue upgrading all its 2G and 3g sites to 4G within 2017 to ensure more innovative and intelligent solutions for subscribers in Pakistan.

In a message issued here, the CEO said it would enhance people's ability to lead a better, quicker, faster and more connected "4G life" which would be the most innovative way of education, healthcare, social reform and creativity.

He said, "We will leverage China Mobile Communication Corporation's 4G knowledge and research and implement this vision. Other than connectivity, we have also announced our corporate social responsibility programme for Pakistan with a strong commitment to use our 4G technology to make life of people easier, faster and better with best quality network under umbrella of One Belt One Road initiative by China." Zong, he said, would play a strong role in connecting this project as well as connect all industries tied with this project to have a 4G eco-system led by China Mobile Pakistan.

Regarding Zong's current and future prospects, he said this year's theme `Big Data for Big Impact' is centered around one of the most important evolutionary leaps in technology that has potential to dramatically affect telecom landscape worldwide.
