Data Entry Operator Of CPO Office Lahore Held

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Jan, 2017 ) : The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Multan has arrested a Data Entry Operator of CPO office Lahore on the charges of embezzlment of Rs 550 million.
According to a press release issued here Wednesday, Data Entry Operator Muhammad Imran of CPO office Lahore had embezzled Rs 550 million, of them, he released funds worth Rs 12 million to Vehari police office without any formal approval.
More arrests were also expected with inquiry details is unfolding at a fast pace. Brig (Retd) Farooq Naser Awan SI (M) Director General NAB Multan said the NAB Multan was strictly following Qamar Zaman Ch. Chairman NAB's policy of zero tolerance against corruption and corrupt practices. NAB Multan would investigate and finalize the case without any fear or favour to anyone, he added.
