DI Khan police awarded on working out two blind murder cases

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Augst,2016) : The Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Nasir Khan Durrani has awarded Dera Ismail Khan police officials on working out two blind murder cases and arrested the accused involved in it. According to police statement here, in the first blind murder case, a woman and her daughter were brutally murdered by unknown accused.

During course of investigation accused Junaid s/o Abdul Waheed Khan was traced out through CDR data and was arrested from Karachi and weapon of offence was also recovered from him. The accused also confessed his crime in the court.

In another blind murder case, some unknown accused slaughtered one boy namely Mohammad Arshad age 15 years while grazing his goats and the accused took away all the goats. An investigation team was constituted who made hectic efforts to trace out the culprits and succeeded in arresting the accused Hakim and Gulab sons of Adam Gul R/o Wana South Wazirstan.

Stolen goats were also recovered from them.

The general pubic as well as the media have appreciated the professional performance of the local police and recommended them for a suitable award.

IGP Nasir Khan Durrani addressing on the occasion commended the excellent performance of the Dera police in both the cases. He said due to geography location Dera Ismail Khan was confronting more challenges regarding law and order situation and directed the awardees to pull their sleeves by accepting every case as a challenge and work out it by sheer hard work and professional approach. On this occasion the IGP awarded cantt police officials Sub Inspector Muhammad Adnan, Investigation Incharge Sub Inspector Ghulam Bashir Khan, ASI Zaki-ud-Din and Constables Farman Ali, Muhammad Asghar and Taimoor Yasir and Pahar Pur police circle SDPO Ghazi Marjan Khan, SHO Pahar Pur Sub Inspector Saif-ur-Rahman, Investigation Incharge Inspector Yusuf Khan, ASI Muhammad Ayub, Head Constable Muhammad Ismail and Constable Muhammad Sharif with cash prizes and commendation certificates.
