FIA Arrest Six Accused Including Proclaimed Offenders In Different Cases

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Oct, 2018 ) :The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Thursday arrested six accused including proclaimed offenders required in different cases pertaining to human trafficking and fake degrees.
According to an FIA's spokesperson, during a raid, a Proclaimed Offender namely Wajid Mahmood s/o Muhammad Sarwar has been arrested from Islamabad Airport who was wanted in FIR No. 16/2014 of AHTC Islamabad.
Accused Nadeem Abbass Kiani s/o Muhammad Abbass kiani r/o Gulistan Colony Ayub park Rawalpindi nominated in Case FIR No. 108/2018 PS FIA AHTC RWP has been arrested who extorted Rs 580,0000 from complainant and victims for sending them to Germany on employment visas, the spokesman further stated.
Likewise, another accused and Proclaimed Offender namely Waqar Ahmed s/o Taj Muhammad Khan r/o Attock arrested in Case FIR No.
104/2013 FIA AHTC RWP. Further Investigation is in progress.
A raid has been conducted by FIA team, DRAP and Provincial Health Authorities jointly at Kohsar Homeo owned by Nasir and Ahmad Homeo owned by M.Imran at Bohar Bazaar, Rawalpindi where unregistered sexual medicines were confiscated in huge quantities.
Both the premises sealed and the owners of stores have been arrested while two separate FIRs were registered against them.
The FIA's Anti Corruption Circle Islamabad has arrested Assistant Director namely Abbas Raza of Federal Government Employees HousingFoundation on the allegations of fake degree.
He was arrested in Case FIR No.21/2018. He is on physical remand and investigation is in progress.
