PML-N To Take Out Pro-democracy Rally On Aug 20
MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th August, 2016) : Pakistan Muslim League-N local chapter would take out a rally on Aug 20 for strengthening democracy in the country. Speaking at a press conference at the Multan Press Club, PML-N District President Bilal Butt, City President Rana Shahid-ul-Hassan and General Secretary Athar Mumtaz said that the PML-N workers from across south Punjab would participate in the rally to be held at Double Phattak Chowk on Saturday.
They called upon the government to lodge cases agaisnt Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leaders for anti-state activities. Bilal Butt said veteran politician Makhdoom Javed Hashmi was part of the PML-N, and formal announcement in this regard would be made soon.
