Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate MALIK NADEEM ABBAS has won PP-161 with 34994 votes.

Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate MALIK NADEEM ABBAS has won PP-161 with 34994 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-161 Lahore-XVIII constituency with 34994 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Mian muhammad shahbaz sharif was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 60311 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Chaudhary Khalid Mahmood Gujjar who got 18181 votes.

At least 22 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-161. In 2013 elections, there were 185547 voters registered in PP-161, out of which 100440 votes were polled out.
