SNGPL Disconnects Illegal Gas Connections In Peshawar, Karak, Kohat

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Apr, 2019 ) :Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) Task Force teams Wednesday conducted grand operation against illegal gas connections at adjoining areas of Peshawar, Kohat and Karak districts and disconnected dozens of such unlawful connections on the spot.
On the directives of General Manager SNGPL Arbab Saqib, the teams disconnected illegal gas connections of a plaster of paris factory, two loading houses, hotels and a breadmaker shop and registered FIR against accused Najeebullah, Ahmed Nawaz, Muhammad Bilal, Abdul Manan and Sadar Zaman.
The SNGPL spokesman said 1150 illegal pipeline, 292 illegal connections and 31 tempered meters were also disconnected at Peshawar's adjoining areas of Sirband, Peshtakhara, Bazeedkhel, Urmar, Tehkal, Regi, Chagarmatti and Dalazak Road.
Four illegal commercial and 12 hotels connections were also disconnected by the SNGPL authorities and accused Ibrahim, Nawaz Khan and Mohabat Shah were arrested from Peshawar after registration of FIR against them.
